Sponsoring in-laws while my H-1B extension is pending ???

Right now I applied for my H-1B extension. It has not been approved yet.

Can I sponsor my in-laws using my receipt notice ???

Someone please advice me on this.

along with copy of previous visa stamp and a letter from employer giving the extension pending information...

I am waiting for my I-485 approval. So, I should I send my I-485 details( I-485 receipt notice, EAD, AP) along with H-1B papers?

NOTE: I haven't used my EAD or AP. So, I am still in H-1B
