Sponsoring Company CLOSING! HELP!!!

My sponsoring company is shutting down effective Aug 31.
Do i need to inform INS via my lawyers before it happens?
I am hoping against hope that may approval will come out before
the doom day comes! HELP... any suggestions dear gurus?

Don`t Notify INS. But Find other jobs meanwhile.

I told my lawyer & paralegal. This company helped me specially with my hours since I am working 2 jobs. They were verrry lenient with my hours.
I am holding on to this job (sponsoring) for my AOS only.
I sent an e-mail to Ombudsman. I hope they get to my case soon.
