Sponsoring Brother for Own Business

I am an US Citizen. Well established and planning to start own Business. My brother is in US on H-1B Visa working in Software. He likes to work for me in Non-Software Business. I can sponsor him as a Manager.

Is it possible to transfer his H-1B for my own business so that he can work for me ?

If he qualifies for the manager position and it falls under speciality group you can sponser for h1.
