Hi,

I am planning to sponsor a student from India who has been admitted to a school here. The school requires us to submit a statement saying we have the amount to pay for his tuitions for 2 years and also complete the financial affidavit. I can get the statement from the bank, but where who do I get the fianancial stmt signed and sealed from? The banks don't sign and seal such a document, neither does the notary..

Does anyone have any idea??

When I did this,

I typed a letter to the College, printed it and had the letter notarised for my signature.

what about the seal?

well, this school also wants the financial affidavit form (given by the school) sealed in a envelope with the letter you mentioned above..

I don't know from whom to do this...
 
Are they requiring this for their records or are they planning to include this as a package for the consulate office?
Also what type of information is requested on the affidavit?
