my paternal aunt ( father's sister), who is a US citizen sponsored my father, mother and me and our petition was accepted in november 2010. i am turning 21 next year. what should i do to remain eligible for immigration even if the visa calls come after i turn 21?

By "accepted" did you mean "approved"? In the context of immigration petitions, "accepted" usually only means that USCIS received it and cashed the check, so be careful to use the right word to avoid confusing readers.

When was the petitioned filed? Given that there is at least a 10-year wait from the filing date until the case is ripe for a consular interview, you will age out of eligibility and there is nothing you can do about it, unless the petition was filed more than about 5 or 6 years ago.

the petition was filed in feb 2002 so i guess that what i got was the approval of the petition.. im turnin 21 next year.. what should i do ?

Really? It took more than 8 years for it to be approved? If yes, that would give you a chance. But double check the priority date and approval date on the I-130 approval notice to confirm that they were Feb 2002 and Nov. 2010. Also state whether you were born in the Philippines or Mexico, since they have extra-long wait times for the 4th preference category. Once you have confirmed the facts then we can help you figure out the details.
