i have an americain friend who lives in usa
can she sponsor me or i need somebody from my family?because i habe my brother and my sister who live in usa but they have just a green card, they aren't a us citezens yet

and an other question what does the sponsor need to send me?
 
it can be anybody - family or non-family, as long as they are either a US citizen, or a permanent resident (GC) and as long as the income is sufficient to sponsor you in addition to supporting their own family.

The sponsor will need to fill out form I-134, sign, notarize it, and enclose all required documents (listed in the affidavit).
 
an other question please
can my sponsor send me the from I-134 next mounth i mean june even if i will have my interview ocotbre or novembre or it's better that she send it to me in septembre :confused:
 
Hi Loulaa,

It's quite early for your sponsor to send you the form, you should wait till you get your second package.
Going by this year's case numbers, if u are from Nigeria, your interview shd be in January next year only if you are from other parts of africa that your interview might be in november or december so there's no rush. Details of every thing ur sponsor will need to send to you, will be in the 2nd package sent to you.
Like they clearly said, your sister or brother can be your sponsor as long as they have their green card and have enough to carter for you. It's not only a citizen that can sponsor
