Sponsor my Mother in Mumbai

I am a US citizen in the Bay Area, California.
Would like to sponsor my mother for a Green Card. She is 72.

(1) What is the process I should start with.
(2) Do I need a legal representative.
(3) If I file an application to USICS how long would it typically take? (She has visited the US 2-3 times over last 5 years).

2. That is your decision. The process is straightforward and many people do it themselves.

3. It depends. AOS 8-10 months, CP 12-14 months.
