hi
my wife a few months back who is a american told me she did not love me anymore and is now seaking relationships with women.

so i am now struggling to keep myself going with a low income and have been told i can sue my sponsers to make up some money as i earn so little around 16000 i can't even afford a apartment by myself as this costs over $450 average per month along with other bills also to sue my sponser i will need a lawyer but if i hve no money i cannot do this any ideas?

Your current income exceeds the 125% of the poverty level for a family of 1. Why would you think you acould sue the sponsor to provide you an amount in excess of the mandated level. No one guaranteed you a good life in the US.

Get a second job, take overtime, get a higher paying job to increase the money you have available.

File for a divorce. You get 1/2 of marital assets and 1/2 of marital debt.

ok i never came here for the good life infact i preffered it at home before i gave up every thing to come here for my wife but w/e lol ijust want to be able to get by consider i can't even afford a flight home... and to restart my old life.

During divorce proceedings, you wife can be ordered by the judge to support you in addition to your earnings. She can also be required to pay your legal expenses. You need to consult a family law attorney. Of course if she has no job or resources, you could be required to do the same for her. This is not an immigration issue.

If you simply want to return to your home country, there are resources potentially available to you. For example, you could consent to a no fault divorce and simply ask for a return ticket as the settlement.

Since your income exceeds the poverty level, you are "getting by" according to the government's definition.
