Spoke with TSC today, six more months to wait.

Hi All,

I spoke with a rep at TSC today, and was told that I need to wait another six month to hear anything from them......She said it may take them six months to clear the oldest cases even with the memo. I hope it is not true.

I also spoke with TSC today, she told me if visa # available, it should be process by end of April, so the PD day should be a consideration, if your PD is current, it should be soon.
I really want to see the light at the end of tunnel after almost 6 years been in this process.
 
My freinds filed at other service centers got their GC because of this memo within the last week!!!! I donno what the f#%# is wrong with TSC. Im at TSC too and have been waiting for over 2 yrs now to get my GC. No LUD on my 485 petition. Anybody saw any activity on their online status at TSC recently?!?!?!?!

It has been over 7 years of waiting for me now, first my company takes two years to file my Labor, then I get stuck in Labor retro, and now my case is too young to be processed.

pplication Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

I called TSC this morning and they sad no visa numbers available and need to wait to assign to an officer when numbers available

In the afternoon e-mail saying the case is approved...

NC was stuck for 8 months.... thats it.

Spoke to TCS IO today

I called TCS for the first time today. I was told by an IO that I should wait till April 30th as they will be clearing their backlog by then. They plan to approve the cases whose name check is pending for more than 180 days.

but only if your PD is current
 
I just got approved on Feb 2008, not LUD's prior to approval emails. Was stuck in NC since 05/2006. My NC was still pending in mid Jan 2008 when I checked last time. Apparently, the new NC memo has effect.
