Used the POJ to call up TSC, spoke with Service rep, got transferred to IO. IO told me, that i gave my Finger prints in July so the checks need to be redone. Check after 90 days.
 
What checks?
If she meant namecheck, that is pure B.S.
FP checks usually take just one day. Call FBI and ask them about your FP2 status.

Does FBI still respond using phone #'s? Do you have the phone # to check for FP status?

Thanks Marooned42, just called them, they said the results were sent to USCIS the next day, IO gave me crap, let me try calling them again

some son of bit$#

Looks like today some son of bit%#es are handling phones at TSC. I was on hold for 40 min and as soon as it got connected they hung up on me.

Same for me!! it happened twice today...so looks ilke today is not the day for me..will try tomorrow

FP they will send to USCIS same day or next day...

what is going on over there @ TSC are they not approving for fast sub labor looks like slowly for sub lab
mine also sub lab still waiting for AD......

Is there a number at FBI to enquire about name check status. From my congress men (07/25/07) I came to know that my case is struck in Name Check /back ground verification

EB3/India/PD - Sep/2002
485 RD: Jan -2005
SR Initiated 07/02/07

Address change 08/05/07

Talked to IO 08/17 to confirm Address change

LUD on primary (self) 08/17,08/20/07 and 08/21/07
LUD on spouse/dependents 08/20/07 and 08/21/07

I had my second FP done on August 20. Me and spouse had LUD on August 20 and august 21st. In July , one of the IO's confirmed that both our name check are clear. Plan to call USCIS tomorrow - What else can i do to expediate my case?

I recd a response to my Service Request (SR) raised with USCIS, stating- we are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time.

I am not sure if this is one of the standard messages - any thoughts?
