I dont know whats up with TSC. I called about 2 weeks back and I was told that my EAD case was assigned to the officer on April 22nd and I should hear something in a week or two. Today when I spoke to IIO, I was told that my file was assigned to the officer on May 22nd. I told her what I was told 2 weeks back and she said that it goes to different officers before EAD is approved. I dont know what to believe. Does any of the GURUS have any comments. My ND for EAD and 485 is March 26th 2002. I recieved my AP yesterday, approve May 21st.
