Extremely nice. Very well spoken and seemed very professional. Rechecked both mine and my wife\'s application for A#\'s and SSN\'s etc, and was told that they are adjudicating Jul\'99. He said they go by RD and not ND. We spoke for about 5 minutes and he even made a few jokes at himself. Thought we should give credit where it is due.
