Do you remember what AVM was saying just after INS got your application:

"Your I-485 was received on 09/05/2001" or
"Your I-485 was received on 11/xx/2001"

I called them second time as well but IIO agian said that my date is Nov 15th. However my EAD clearly coorelates with Sept 19th date:
EAC-02-038-5xxxx

So maybe I will call them 3rd time and they will finally pull it up with correct date.....
