Spoke to NSC today 7/2.

EB1C RD 6/2006.
140 AD 4/2007.
485 RFE (TB + Spouse employmet letter) 6/2007. LUD 7/27-28-29-30.

I spoke to NSC this morning (before the big news). IO told me my case is with an officer pending final decision.

I ask what would happen if visa # run out before there is a decision. He said that in such case "you would be out of luck".

What u mean? That will be no more approvals till oct07? I wanna see that.
 
I am in the same boat. My REF response was received on 6/22, and I saw LUDs on 6/28, 29, and 30. I called on 6/28, and was told that my case was with an officer. Did you by chance ask what the LUDs on 6/28 and 6/29 were supposed to be?

Got another LUD 7/2. No status change. No idea what it means.
