Spoke to IIO....

Just spoke to IIO and was told that my case is with an ofiicer and may take 4 to 6 weeks (standard reply..). Was curious to see if there is anything new as my case become current again beginning today! Details as follows...
EB3, India, PD 6/98, ND 2/16/00, FP 3/3/01.....and the wait continues....

Thanks Bhanu and Champak2K. Even though lot of folks before me are waiting patiently and whatever happens ultimately, for me it is like watching a thriller with anticipation and excitement....as to when my turn is going to be. When I called IIO previously the lady said my case will be assigned to an officer soon...Today the IIo says it is assigned to an officer...increasing the anticipation and reviving this incorrigible optimist with hope...But with all said and done...I guess we have to wait and wait..Good luck to all of you and will keep you posted...when I hear something...

I agree completely with u all. I hate this waiting!! But I am also in this boat (un)fortunately.. Last time I spoke to IIO case was ( a week back) assigned to an officer.
PD 05/98 ND/RD 09/99 FP 08/00 NO RFE so far EB2 India.
