My husband go off the phone with a IIO (Debbie). According to her we have to wait atleast for another 2 weeks before we hear anything.

Samyukta - I talked to an IIO a couple of days ago and he said three weeks. My dates are all about 1 month after yours. Wonder what all this means.

I also talked to same IIO ( Debbi) today around 11.00 AM (CST) . She said same thing to me, two weeks wait. I guess is this new crap.... of two week. All of them get same answers for all the calls they receive for similar dates . How can they we sure about it when there is no order at VSC processing of I 485. We have no option but be on the mercy of these people.

I guess we should record the discussion and then if nothing happens in two weeks then ... call them again and tell them that this is what was told earlier. Or I WISH, she is serious and something serious going on at VSC to clear all the cases of prior to May/Jun 1999.

My case is EB2/INDIA/ RD Apr 02,1999/ ND May 03,1999.
