Spoke to IIO yesterday

Hello

I spoke to the IIO yesterday & she told me that my case was pending. That was all the information I could get from her. Does anyone know what "case pending" means....has the case been assigned to an officer yet or not.

The same reply I too got

a couple of days back. When I asked if that means that the case hasn't been assinged yet. She said yes, it hasn't been assigned yet. She told me that I should hear within 45 days. My rd is more than a month of yours though nd might be quite close. Did she mention the time it would take in your case?
