Spoke to II regarding the receipt of my reply to the RE. She said they have not received that yet, and asked me whether we use the blue ticket of not. If we do not use blue label it goes in general service mail and they have a a 2 week backlog. Lawyer is not available to talk to!
What is this blue ticket?

It\'s possible that it could be a ticket, wherein a barcode is printed...and that blueticket, when accompanying the return envelope (which has the RFE reply) would help the mail room folks to identify it, and route it to the appropriate Immigration Officer (presumably the one who\'s looking at your case)

Your attorney must be having this information...as to wether he/she sent back the RFE reply with the barcode on the envelope or not...
