I have called up VSC today and unfortunately got Stupid and rude lady Brenda.Before asking any details she just says it takes 2 years for 485.
**** lady and then when I mentioned that they are appilication approved who applied after me then she asks me "Does it has anything to do with your
application".What I can I say?just hung up.

I have called the VSC few days back after 10 P.M and this lady asked me you have called few days.

Anyway guys it\'s a long and frustating wait and even frustating talking with these IIO\'s.

Here are my details:

RD: Feb 22/1999,EB2,INDIA

Don\'t worry man. Who ever answers your call at INS are not officers
who is looking at your files. They might have been hired to answer
phones. I dont trust in their words. Wait for this week and see what
happens.

PS: No one April RD cases are not approved yet. What you have seen
is ND of April. They go by RD, not ND. Who ever have approved with
APR 99 RD, have applied in Mar 99.

One thing I will say to the board is dont call up INS and get unwanted
answers from them. People on the board knows more than any others.

I agree! I called second time yesterday and she checked the record and asked me
"you just called this morning, why you are calling again!"

Anyhow I decided...I will not call anyone including my attorney for next few weeks.
No one is taking my time..so I will utilize it for something good. Enjoy the long week-end!

I just got my I-485 approved. ND: 02/12/1998. I saw quite a few
people with ND/RD in 01/99, 02/99 approved before mine was.
And I wouldn\'t be surprised if there still are people
with RD in 1998 who are waiting.

Just because a few people with ND after yours got approved doesn\'t
mean you have to get all hot and sweaty over it. Just be patient;
your turn will come. Calling up VSC more often will not speed
up the processing of your application.

What the heck your waiting has to do with my waiting.
If u want to suggest something do otherwise stop ur stupid suggestions.I know about all these processing times and some people waiting for ever and some applied after a year getting approvals.

U got to undenstand specific individual situation and frustation
before passing on ur messages.

Note ur **** words before u do anything.
