Spoke to IIO today

I\'ve talked to IIO today regarding my case ( RD 04/05/2001 ND 05/03/2001 - EB3 ) for not getting my FP notices.

IIO asked me if I\'ve talked to my attorney lately, I\'ve told her that I called last week and she asked for my home address and told me that she is going to order my file for FP.

What is odering a file meant by in this case?

sorry to burst your bubble but what they say is all bullshit. That is the exact same conversation I had with the IIO when I called about 6 weeks back and so far I have not recd. anything. They know only as much as we know until the system is updated. they have a standard set of questions to ask and any thing more than that they will say you have to wait for 30-60 days and call back if you don\'t recieve anything.
