Spoke to IIO today

Hi All!

I spoke to IIO today (EB3 IND Pd:7/97RD:8/4/99 ND:8/24 FP:7/00) . She said
Case is waiting for visa availability . When I asked her When is the visa going to available,she said it may be another four months. Does it imply that PD\'s are not going to be current in th coming visa bulliten? . Any
body has similar answers?

Your PD is not current as of today. What happens in next few months, IIOs I think are the worst people to ask that. But that\'s good to read that your application has been processed and is just waiting for the PD to become current. No wonder why VSC took over 3 months to come out of August 99 cases.

Just because PD was current in 99, I did not bother to file I-140 for EB2 ,though sufficently over qualified for EB2. This is costing me lot of time now ..
