I spoke to IIO about my case. RD 10/18/01 ND 11/29/01

As per her this case will go to Officer in Jan 2nd week & approval or Rfe will come End of Jan as per her. She told me that they are busy with background check.

My receipt date is Aug-09,01 and Notice date :Sep-28,01.

my case is assigned to an officer on Nov-6 and I didnt hear any thing so far..How can you guys expect to hear about your case soooon.,,,?

I'm thinking you guys will hear some time in march or april..beacuse INS is busy processing July and Auguest cases..

Well there have been many october cases that were approved. So there must be some problem with your case. There will be quite a few october approvals considering the fact that VSC updated the processing time. They crossed your RD a while back.
