Spoke to IIO this morning, She said my case is with an officer
and I asked her whether she has any idea how long it takes for approval, She said she has no idea and an Officer can have anywhere between 2 to 500 cases with him. So no idea on how long it takes.
What do u guys think ? Any guess on How long it takes from the time case is assigned to officer.
What exactly this means ?

I have also same LIN # 01-267-******

I saw that two cases with 01-267 have been approved yesterday.
So it seems they are working slow but steady.

If you hear any updates on your case, do let us know at this forum. I will do the same.

Seems you met with a nice IIO. The last three IIO's I talked with (one today) refused to tell me if my case was with officer or assigned to an examiner. my case is ND nov00.

An examiner is an officer, an IIO is an officer too. but for us who are waiting for the final stage, examiner may be the very officer our cases will go thru.
