Friends,
   Just spoke to IIO a few mts back.
She asked my WAC#, I asked her whether my FP has reached INS which was done on 10/20. She said that it\'s not updated in the system and my I485 as of now is pending. She was more interested in ending the call rather than giving details. I am very much upset. I have a few questions for you.

1. How long does it take for FP to get there? When I spoke with the FBI they said that they have sent it to INS.
2. My AVM is also not updated about FP notice. Any problem?

My details:
ND 4/23
FP done on 10/20 (scheduled date 11/8)

, its a normal procedure that after FP one has to wait for atleast 3 month.Ofcourse there are some exceptional cases..keep cool..

Same here

I did my FP on 10/20 (ND 04/24). The AVM is not updated. I talked to IIO yesterday and got same result as you do.
 
APR_WAITER - Here is something what I found.

My FP was done on 08/24 and I called 08/27. They said that they have sent
the FP info back to INS. I called INS couple of days back and they said that
they received the FP on 10/18.

What I undertstood is that it is that when FBI says that they sent it back to
INS, it is received in one of their systems. When it moves to the next system
thats when they say that they received it.

I would say that you wait for couple of months after FP to ascertain with INS
whether they have received it or not.

Hnmmmm

I got my FP done on 10/09.
FBI said they sent back reponse to
INS on 10/10.

Called the INS today 11/08.
IIO said they received them on 10/11
and my case has now been transfered to
the shelf where officers pick cases up
from.

So in my case it took them only 1 month
to get them.

Also AVM says on 13th of Nov they received
my FP information.
