Folks Today I called VSC about my Case and she said RFE is issued today and you would get it next week... offcourse as usual she can\'t see the detail from her computer:((((
Now my question is from your best expierences, ideas or someone in the samiler sitution... What the hell they want more from me:(((???? sorry for the language... but enough is enough:(((

My details are follows:

RD September 23, 1999
ND October 05, 1999
FP September 2000
RFE Feb 12, 2001
EB3 Other

Lately, the RFE\'s have been for one or more of the following 4 -

1. Employment verification letter
2. Pay stub
3. Tax returns for the past 2 to 3 years
4. i-140 redo (in case there has been a change in company name or tax payer id)

You are really close to approval.

My RFE was for just employment letter, but I also
sent pay stubs (last three months) anyway to be safe.

If your employment letter takes time to get from your
employer, I would get started on this now so
you can save time.

If your company name and everything else is same as
before then it will just be request for employment letter.

If you company name has changed they may ask you
to re-do I-140, but you won\'t know until you send
the employment letter with new company name.

My application got approved 2 weeks after VSC
received my RFE response.

My RFE was issued for Employment Letter. Looks like nowadays its routine.
In my case RFE issued on Jan 22nd 01.
                 REF received Jan 29 01.
                RFE replied Feb 8th 01.

Thanks alot for all you guys comments... and I hope it is just employment letter.. My company name is the same... I will keep you posted as soon I have the RFE details.....
