EB2 India PD Feb 98, RD Feb 7 2000 No Fingerprint Notice
IIO said that I should wait a couple of months to get the fingerprint notice as there are a large number of cases in Sep and Oct 1999. She advised me to renew my EAD 90 days in advance. She gave me the impression that once the large number of Sep and Oct 99 cases were dealt with the process may speed up. She further said that Once INS reached the month in which your Receipt Date lies, thereafter your application will be handled by Priority Date.

Thanks Arvind, this gives me some relief. My RD is 01/10/00 and ND 01/25/00. Recently they are issuing FP notices only when your case is ready for adjudication. Your conversation with IIO means I have hopes in next 3-4 months.

my freind is it true that FP issues when the case is with officer??
I did my FP last week. can I expect within short time my approval.
PD 6/99, ND 10/00, FP 12/00.
