EB2 India PD Feb 98, RD Feb 7 2000 No Fingerprint Notice
IIO said that I should wait a couple of months to get the fingerprint notice as there are a large number of cases in Sep and Oct 1999. She advised me to renew my EAD 90 days in advance. She gave me the impression that once the large number of Sep and Oct 99 cases were dealt with the process may speed up. She further said that Once INS reached the month in which your Receipt Date lies, thereafter your application will be handled by Priority Date.

ND:- Jan 2000, EAD, AP have come. No news on FP. My PD date is May 96.
I hope Oct case can free up quickly and we can get our turn.

The cases that were filed in OCT with PD currect then will they still process them if PD changed or put them on side. If so why so much delay.

       from your notice date you have to wait at least 365 to 540 days.

then why People in Sept 2000 and Oct 2000 are getting there FP ?

Well people may get finger print notices - Thats Okay if approvals take place of people who have a later priority date, then we would need to get worried.
