Nothing new. She just asked my receiptnumber and said, now they are processing Sep 1st 2001 case. Yours is October first, it is still in file.. She will not reveal more information..bla bla.. etc..

don't bother calling them up in the future. Even if your case is about to be approved, it is the same crap you'll hear from them. I called about two-three weeks before I got approved. Got the same crapy reply from them - "processing 8/15. Yours will take about 2-3 months more." Guess what? I got it in two to three weeks and mine is RD 9/19. So much for their information, eh?
 
I guess they will say "processing up to Septembet 1st, 2001' for another one or two months.

It is indeed a messy, stupid, ultimately sick orgnization and thus should be demolished ASAP.
