My RD is 09/06/01 and the lady IIO says that it is in the staging area to be picked up. I asked her that my EAD is expiring on 12/09 and she said that I should give it another 30days and I should hear something soon. Sincerely hope that she knows what she is talking about.
Since I used my H-1 to last enter the country and never used EAD, I will give it somemore time before sending the EAD renewal. H-1B expires on 02/19/03.
