I just spoke to nice lady. She said mine, my family\'s cases has been with officer since last couple of days. It could take up to 30 days before officer decides on case.
EB2 - India PD 4/99 - ND 9/29/00 FP 12/00.
Wife FP was scheduled on 07/01 but she was in India and we will do hers in 09/01.

Questions: She confirmed that since you are primary applicant - your case won\'t wait for wife\'s FP? Anyone has any experience or realistic opinion on that?

How much time it could take for officer before he decides anything?
(between 1-30 days)

Your case should be approved within week time and your wife
will be after she finishes FP..my 2 cents.

Why wife got different FP date?

I thought Husband and wife gets the FP notice same time. Did you apply together or wife applied afterwards?

I talked to them for FP notice not received for my wife and they said she will get it later. So I kept quiet. Anyway let\'s see.
