Spoke to IIO ( 3/2000 to 4/2000 case )

Two weeks back IIO told me that she will inform to special team about my case as it has taken more time.
Today IIO says the problem resolution has taken some action today based on the previous IIO\'s request,
 she does not have any idea about what the action is.

I don\'t understand their working strategy. I stopped checking the AVM
it\'s really frustrating when the message says "from 330 to 360 days".

Was I-140 done in another center than NSC

If so, NSC usually waits for confirmation fron them before approval. You might want to call the center that did the 140 and ask them to send the pending request to NSC. This is my undertanding.

What is your source?

My I140 was done at CSC and I\'m still waiting from NSC. Do you think that is the reason why these all pending cases still remaining.

Both my 140 and the 140 amendment were approved at NSC.
No RFE as of today.
Fingerprinting done at 12/00
Priority date is 6/98

Talked to IIO this morning

What he said was that my application will be assigned to an officer soon and they are going to go by priority date. I dont know when it will be assigned the same message I have been hearing for so long.
