The IIO infomed me that "my case was in an area to be in transit to an officer" Basically all the BS means is that my case has not even been assighed to an officer yet!!!

And the officer has 90 days to adjudicate it. Has any one else heard the same thing?

I am so sick and tired of getting a new bullshit answer enery time I call. I'm so frustrated right now.........:(

Who asked you to call, every NOW & THEN and
get your shit on UR face ?
People like U make the process delayed...

BCIS marks UR cases and delays further .. probably :D:D

1amShantanuB,

I am well aware of the consequences. My fingerprints are about to expire and I wanted to see if any progress had been made.

But seems like you have nothing positive to say to anyone. All you can do is show your character by your senseless remarks that are of no value to anyone. This forum is for people to vent and get advice but you seem oblivious to that.

No one asked you to respond to my thread..........

Fingerprints expire in 15 months

I have confirmed with an attorney that fingerprints do in fact expire in 15 months. Its up to BCIS and where your case stands whether you get another fingerprint notification or not
