Hi All: Spoke to an IIO. Major part of the conversation was essentially the same. RFE response has been received on May 21st, case is with an officer, wife\'s case is togther, no decision yet.. blah blah....
I ended the conversation by asking her when the AVM get\'s updated and when in the day is usually a good time to check for an updated status...IIO\'s answer was that the AVM gets downloaded with the new data overnight and the best time to check the status (supposedly most accurate) is early morning... so for example, to check if there was any change in the status based on today work, try the AVM early tomorrow morning.
IIO also added, that usually people check after the close of business hours and that is incorrect...
