According to the IIO things are all fine with my file.
Asked as to what the current dates are for processing I 485\'s, she said that it is April 2001 cases and I may need to wait for another 3 more months for the file to move to the officer. On top of it takes another 30-60 days for the final decission. But, also she said that the officers are picking up quite fast these days and said it is worth a call after a month.

Asked about how some friends of mine with a May and June RD’s received their approvals, she said she is not aware of those cases, but said that chances are some cases might have been approved by the officer.

In your previous posting you posted all june cases are approved.
Now you are saying it is April.
Whicjh one is correct?
 
So far, I never talk to any IIO.

I belive I will be given some standard offical answer, such as "we are still process April cases..."
 
I said my lawyer said all JUNE cases are approved. It seems to be true. By the IIO said they are wor

 
 
What I can do else? I check AVM everyday, I never got chance to talk to IIO.

And my lawyer told me today that INS is processing April cases. As a June filer, what else I can do?
