Just spoke to an IIO at VSC. According to her, they are currently processing cases with an ND of July 15 1999

My ND is Aug 2, 1999. She said it is taking 16 months to process 485\'s and that I would have to wait till the end of the year. When I told her that my ND was just 2 weeks away from the ones that they are currently processing, she said that she would not speculate on the timing and will stick to her estimate of 16 months.

Other details EB3 India, PD 7/96, RD 7/99 ND 8/99 FP 6/00

My RD is 5/20/99, ND 6/15/99, and EAC-99-195 and still waiting......"Your case is still pending"

Please dont believe the IIO\'s. My Rd is 05/99, ND 06/99, EB2 India. I was told by an IIO last week that my case will take atleast 8 more weeks. I dont understand how come the IIO says they are processing july 99 cases wheen there are so many of us waiting with prior ND, RD\'s
