Just spoke to an IIO "Hughes". He said my case is pending and that they are processing 7/99 cases(what a surprise!). And he said it could take another 6-7 months for approval ( i know this is just a ballpark number he gave, it means nothing). As for the finger print redo he said they\'ll mail a notice when it expires (valid for 15 months).
My RD & ND is 3/00 EB2 India FP 5/00
