Spoke to a wonderful IO at TSC

Tried calling TSC at 4.25 PM today and to my surprise, I got connected
within three minutes.

The I/O was polite and informed that my case is in hold in adjudication department waiting for the FBI name check clearance which is pending
since May 18, 2005.

I just tried a minute back

Hi tried a minute back I donno I cant get through the TSC lines

I tried following trick
18003755283
1 for English 2 to bypass the intro
2 to check status of a pending application
6 to confirm you are trying to check status
1 to confirm that you know your receipt number
1 to confirm that it starts with SRC
then enter your receipt number
1 to confirm you entered correct SRC number

** *****it plays my status info from the system after that nothing there is no 3 option in here .. please help also my receipt starts with EAC not SRC *************
3 to continue to next step
4 for something about cases separated or some other crap... this is what gets you somebody at TSC. They'll say: "Texas Service Center, what's the receipt number" and you're in.
