Specifics about AP for Employment based I-485

Hello

I would appreciate if I could get information about the following:

I'm applying for I-131 (AP) and currently Adjustment applicant undwer employment based I-485.

1. What is the mailing address for my application ? My I-485 was filed in VSC.
2. What should be the format of photo ? I know size and other details. What I'm confused about is should photo be frontal photo with right ear visible (as explained in paper copy of I-131, similar to the way it used to be siz months back) or should it be like "passport style" photo , Only frontal view with both ears visible as explained in general note on BCIS page ?
