Specifics About Adit Photographs For Ead Renewal

My wife is currently in Hyderabad, India and i have to apply for EAD renewal for both of us next month. My question is, if i am applying through paper based EAD renewal what are the documents i would need to renew our EADs? Can i submit to VSC both our EAD renewals in the same mail packet? What are the specifics, like size etc., for ADIT style photogrpahs which are relatively new changes at USCIS? Can my Wife take these photographs for herself in Hyderabad, India? If so what does she have to specify for the photographer in India?

I-140 AD: 03/13/2004.
I-485 RD:11/14/2003 ND: 11/20/2003
EAD1(for Self and Wife) expiring on: 03/31/2005
FP1(Self): 09/03/2004 scheduled 09/03/2004
FP1(Wife): 09/01/2004 scheduled 09/03/2004
LUD (Self): 09/12/004 and 09/13/2004 after FP1.
LUD (Wife): 09/06/2004,09/07/2004 after FP1 and then 10/07/2004 and 10/08/2004
AD:????

You need to supply passport style photos now. These are probably a standard format (at least in the US) but you could also look at these:

and/or search the USCIS site for the exact specifications.

Thanks ETA-GC for the info, unfortunately the link u posted does not seem to work. is Passport style photograph different from ADIT style in anyway, in my research i found that we have to use ADIT style photographs. Also can any one tell me what are the supporting docs needed for EAD renewal application submission with USCIS.

Whoops -- I fixed the links -- they were merged together somehow. Sorry about that.

Yes, the 2 types of photos are quite different -- passport style is a frontal shot, ADIT style is a 3/4 side view. Note that the EAD form instructions incorrectly ask for ADIT style (it hasn't been updated in a couple years I believe).

I'm doing my EAD renewal this week. I'm including:

+the EAD application itself (I-765 form)
+copy of my I-485 receipt
+copy of my original EAD approval
+copy of both sides of my physical EAD card
+copy of my I-94 (still attached to my H1B1)
+2 passport style photos (the form wrongly asks for ADIT style)
+the application fee

Note that I'm applying under the (9) (c) category and I'm *renewing* my EAD -- you may need to include different docs if you are in a different category.

I have sent in EAD renewal application with ADIT photos. Will they accept it or will they send me and RFE? any idea folks?

I just want to confirm that i fall under 9 (c) that u r talking about so i can send the same set of docs as u. Please help me in this.

I am on H-1 working for the Employer who is sponsoring my GC, my H-1 is set to expire in Oct 2005. So i have not yet used my EAD (AC 21). I have already concurrently filed my I-140 and I-485 and have my I-140 approved. Considering this, I think I am in the same boat as you and so i have to furnish the same set of docs as u. Can u please clarify this to me.

Yes, (9) (c) is the category for people who are renewing their EAD who have a pending adjustment of status. I'd read the instructions to be sure that you don't fall into some other category but as far as I know you should be the same as me.

I see that ETA-GC is attaching I-94 attached to his H1. I changed employers and my H1 through them has been approved. Do I attach the bottom portion of that for the EAD renewal? Will employer change cause a problem for EAD renewal?
