Please help!!! I am trying to calculate if I am eligible to file N-400 this October
Since I received my GK, I had 3 trips outside of the USA (went to finish my education): 119 days, 153 days, 138 days. Total days out of the United States is 410. Is this going to be a problem?
As far as I understand, my physical (more than 540 days) and continuous residence requirements (trips less than 180 days) are fine. I am thinking of sending my docs on October,25 (83 days before the third anniversary of my Green Card)
N-400 part 7A has a question. How many total days did you spend outside of the United States during the past five years? I've been living in the USA for just 3.5 years. Do I need to count the time before I even entered the USA for the first time for 5 years?
My husband is my sponsor but he is a full-time student this year. Can they deny my N-400 based on our low income this year?
We only have 3 joint bank accounts, tax returns for 3 years, 1 credit card, our car title & car insurance, our puppy's medical insurance. We have 3 previous lease agreements and home insurances (we temporarily live with his parents, thus we pay them in cash and do not have a rent statement or bills in our names). Is that enough for a proof of marriage?
Thank you!
