Specific Questions on N-400 Marriage Based

Please help!!! I am trying to calculate if I am eligible to file N-400 this October

Since I received my GK, I had 3 trips outside of the USA (went to finish my education): 119 days, 153 days, 138 days. Total days out of the United States is 410. Is this going to be a problem?

As far as I understand, my physical (more than 540 days) and continuous residence requirements (trips less than 180 days) are fine. I am thinking of sending my docs on October,25 (83 days before the third anniversary of my Green Card)

N-400 part 7A has a question. How many total days did you spend outside of the United States during the past five years? I've been living in the USA for just 3.5 years. Do I need to count the time before I even entered the USA for the first time for 5 years?

My husband is my sponsor but he is a full-time student this year. Can they deny my N-400 based on our low income this year?

We only have 3 joint bank accounts, tax returns for 3 years, 1 credit card, our car title & car insurance, our puppy's medical insurance. We have 3 previous lease agreements and home insurances (we temporarily live with his parents, thus we pay them in cash and do not have a rent statement or bills in our names). Is that enough for a proof of marriage?

Thank you!

No, you only count the time or days since you have been issued a GC. In your case, 410 is the likely number which you should focus on. Don't focus on the 5 year filing requirement, but rather the 3 year filing requirement as your hubby is a USC.

Income will have no effect on your N400 application at all. It seems as if you have sufficient proof of joint documentation, so don't worry about th lease. It is nice your in-laws are giving you a head-start in life, living with them must be cool I hope...:) In my view, you have enough to proof marriage in good faith, so when the time comes, file and i wish you the best...:D

Thank you, Al Southner!
I hope everything will go fine :). oh and it's not cool to live with in-laws at all. We cannot wait to move out in 3 months :).
