Specific Dual Citizenship Question for Indians

Gurus out there, if you know any information, please help!!!

Does India and US recognize Dual Citizenship.
Can we as Indians now get the privileges of an Indian passport/US passport.
Any experts out here know the clear answer?

Does India and US recognize Dual Citizenship. India does not recognize Dual Citizenship. You automatically lose Indian citizenship when you take up another citizenship.
Can we as Indians now get the privileges of an Indian passport/US passport.NO

Thank you nkm-OCT23. I have a few years to go before even getting a chance to apply for citizenship.

Would be nice to have India recognize the Dual Citizenship option though.

Anyways we have to wait and see if things go in that direction.

Please let me know if you follow any particular website for this information so that I would not trouble you in the future.
