Finnaly my case was approved, I was affraid that they would send me to see a judge, but I think they stopped this practice. but I had to go for late registration with ICE.
The interview lasted 15 minutes, didnt ask a lot of question, of course asked why I didnt go for the special registration, for which I responded that I didnt know about it, took all the supporting document we brought with us, and said that he will make a decision and contact us.
I received the approval e-mail 4 days after the interview.
I hope for everyone in the same situation to have the sme outcome.
