My daughter is a special needs person with cognitive impairment. She moved to the US on TD when she was young but now approaching 21 in 8 months. As parents we see no way for her to survive in Canada on her own as she needs her parents support for her day to day life. Is there a special provision that can allow her to stay with us after she turns 21? Any other suggestions?
