Could anyone let me know as to when the H1 Special quota ( for people with US Degrees ) got over this year?
I understand from the portal that a lot of students who passed out this year and could not apply within this year's quota and will have to be out of status for a couple of months ( the period when their OPT expires and Oct 1, 2007)
Any thoughts?
