SPAM: To all the 03/04 whining people!

Day after day, When I read this board I get more surprised to see whining people who filed in 03 and 04. To these people, I will say one thing: what do you think of those who filed in 01 and 02 and they still waiting?

Where is the justice when the INS is approving a WAC04 and many WAC01 and 02 are not approved?

Get real and stop crying like babies! and for those of you who got approved, thanks any god that you believe in!

Maybe all 01/02 filers got tired of whining :D

Given the way things are going, if anyones to blame its probably USCIS.

I fully agree with you, it's so pathetic to see these whining posts from 03 and 04 people - get real people, read about these people waiting from last October.

Just to lend some perspective to this argument - I started my GC processing in August 2001. My LC was approved only in Feb 2004. However, I could apply for my I-140 and 485 in Feb 2003 (using LC substitution). I am therefore a WAC-03. If I had been lucky enough to have applied for my LC in May 2001 (and had my LC approved in 2-3 months), I would have been an early WAC-02. However, that did not happen and I am a WAC-03. More so, if I had to wait for my original LC, I would have been a WAC-04. Now, as per your logic, I have no right to complain. But if my clock were to start ticking from Aug 2001, I have as much right to complain as a WAC-02, since I have been waiting for the last 3 goddamned years. So, please don't go by the WAC numbers. You may not know how long a person has been waiting.

Anyway, don't you consider this process absurd that we have to keep waiting for 2+ years for a PR. Most other countries finish off the whole thing in 6 months. Given that, if the WAC-03/04s were to complain, I would say they are justified. Don't hold the inefficiencies of the process against these people. They are not the ones who created it.
 
Well 01 and 02 filers started whining when their process were 1 year old or even less,and they didnt wait for all 99 and 00 cases to be adjudicated to start whining, so I would say that it is ok for 03 cases to start whining now.
I think it is my constitutional right to whine :D so I'm not giving it up, as it is the only thing that keep my hopes up.... ;)
 
Don't see anything wrong in anyone whinning, everyone has been screwed over by INS, if 01/02 applicants have been waiting in the 485 line, 03/04 have been waiting in labor. Early 03's like me were screwed in both places.

It is offensive, that without understanding what circumstances others have gone through, people pass vastly generic comments.If you feel so strongly about waiting that long, you should probably do something about the wait. Start your Campaign to reduce wait times and then come back here and whine about the whiners.

This thread is a pure SPAM and deserves to marked as such.

I am ok with people who ask questions but I am fedup when I see some comments like: "Oh my god, I am tired when I will be approved" then when you check his/her case, you will see that he/she filed in december 2003 or early 2004!!!!!!! Give me a break man.

hmmmm...... Not a very apt choice of words to use against the moderator of the forum. Specially when it is so easy for them to make you and all your posts 'get lost'. Kapish?

Lucky for you I did mark this thread as SPAM so I will let this slide. But your bad attitude definitely calls for a lock!
