SPAM: Can we apply for BCIS IIO positon with EAD?

If you become IIO and open your case, you will have to issue RFE. When you reply for your RFE, your job title and duty is entirely different than it is mentioned your LCA. So, you will have to deny your case. No one likes it i think.....

On EAD one of your job has to be LC one. So i wont quit my current job and take that as second job.

BTW who said i will issue an RFE to myself....:D :D

it will be a straight approval case with an apology letter from BCIS....
 
Since this is a spam thread:
1. For EB cases you have to work full time with your AOS sponsor doing LC stated job as well as working for INS as IIO. That will cut down on your work efficiency (Maybe that explains why 485 processing is so slow)

2. You need atleast permanant residency to work the job.

3. The spelling of "Lawyer" in your signature is spelt "Laywer" unless that is some sort of deep joke that I am not getting, in which case could you explain? :)

I knew I could count on u. However these guys are only getting maximum 34K which explains why it is taking them that long to approve the cases.
It also explains why noone thout of applying for their jobs besides me :D :D

34k is a really cool salary for doing nothing. I would take it any
day. Just show your face at work in the morning and then go
off to work at your regular software job. Thats 34k right there.
Just free money to burn. I am sure there are many people who
would love to do this job but I am sure USCIS don't have the money to employ more people.

I once worked a summer job at my Uncle's Electronics goods shop.
It was the coolest job I ever did. Nobody showed up during the day so I watched TV all day and got paid for nothing. There is so much fun in doing such jobs where you get paid for watching TV all day.

Here they also have added incentive to torture customers while
enjoying the job. If you have never worked in India you have no
idea what satisfaction that brings. Just being arrogant and rude
to your customers is so much fun. You can really show them who
is the boss.

And you get job security as well. This job can never be outsourced to India or Phillipines. Right?

But everything is not hunky dori. There is no air conditioning in the
building and during winter it can be a real problem. It is extremely
cold in there. But its no big deal. You can burn a few cases that
you find really annoying to keep yourself warm. That is allowed.

I wouldn't mind doing it. Just the idea of millions of people cursing me makes me so excited.
