Are there any lucky DV 2014 winners from South America lurking around ?

I still haven't seen the first one!
 
Hey!! I'm a winner from South America, well the Caribbean in particular. Trying hard to figure out this process and where to go from here. My CN. seems a little high in relation to the number of visas issued from past years and I'm a little concerned as to if my number will become "current" before the period is exhausted next year. But now I'm hearing this year's lottery may be different than past years in the way that the CN. number works so I'm a little confused. Btw I'm presently in the states on an F1 visa, but thinking of doing it via CP route. Anyone who could provide some insight on my chances of getting an interview, and which route is better please let me know.

Lucky me...im a winner from the caribbean or SA region. First time trying and was fortunate to be selected. My cn is SA 000005xx. Is this good. Not quite get it with the case number and its significance. Doing some reading though.
 
I need some clarification here as to if I'm correct but i believe, by judging on previous years and the visa bulletins posted for those years, the number you have will become current around October or November at the latest. My number is 2XXX, so from what I'm reading ill have to wait till around July(if im lucky) or August being the latest of 2014 till i get an interview date which has to come before September 30th of 2014 in order to acquire a visa. Help please..

I'm not an expert but from reading past bulletins it looks like all the SouthAmerica region went current around august and about your case number it depends on the percentage of visas allocated for the region, in other words, we need to wait a bit to see the how many people got selected.

I am also from the caribbean and have been entering for the past ten years for my children , husband and myself , all without luck.

Congratulations to all the SA/ Caribbean winners, I have noted over the years that winners from the SA/ Caribbean area are processes by October of the same year of winning , that means October 2013.

Please make the best of your new found treasure (the green card ) and make it work for you . Please use it to obtain a good education, if nothing else , only then the green card would be well worth it.

Hi there! Any help is well receive, my CN is 2014SA00002XXX, i just want to have any idea when should i receive my appoinment, just to be prepare with my documents, im from Venezuela and here is really tricky to get those. HELP

What do you mean by that??? is it too high my CN???
 
Hi, I'm from the Caribbean too and I've been doing a lot of reading and looking for more South American Selectees, unfortunately I have not found many. My CN is SA000017xx I'm not particularly sure how good it is but it was my first time entering and I consider myself very fortunate to have won it.
