SOS: dv 2006 winner

i am a dv winner. i made some errors on the form D-230 that i sent to kcc.
1. i wrote N/A when asked about permanent address in the US where i will stay
2. i also wrote N/A in the field that asked for name and address of petitioner
3. also i did not sign the first part of form D230.

could anyone tell me if these errors will jeopardise my chances in any way. please help cos i am stressed out. thanx

You should just call KCC.
The forms you sent without your signature are INVALID.

U can mail them, explain all these errors to them, ask for their advice.

On the other hand, download another set of form from the internet. Fill it correctly. Write an explanation of ur errors in the previous forms, enclose and mail to kcc. I am sure they attend to complaints.
