Sure, just waiting for my GC expect my date to be current in 3-4 months

then I will visit home country as here most of the physcatrists will not undesrtand our culture for them it is marriage 2-3 times is very common, parents never live with their kids etc.

And although this suggestion is not immigration related, I'd suggest that you and your wife need to seriously take a stock of your marriage.

I'd strongly recommend seeing a marriage counsellor or a psycatrist. Believe me - they are very helpful and will help you come out better from not-so-good relationships. Spouse hitting father/child, you hitting spouse - these are not normal scenarios, and should be fixed sooner rather than later.

I still might get the interivew call as it is future GC and haven't worked for the employer yet, will know in April, I think...

got the letter from the court too, simple 2 minutes lists the case and the disposition, they said the court records would be sealed but avaialble for gov agencies always and can never be purged.

arrest records need to be dealt at a different court thru atty and will remain public till expunged..

Worry for GC : Sorry to hear about your situation. It could be your fault, could be your wife's fault, could be that bitches fault that called the cops into the situation. Either ways, authorities got involved. So in this case, as far as I know, (and I have read this on murthy.com) that minor crimes even like shoplifting are considered serious crimes in
the immigration eyes of the law. So domestic violence or any sniff of it would get your ass in serious trouble down the road. I would get a lawyer ASAP, who is good and experienced, then decide what to do. If your wife is going to back you up, you will be ok. You just have to play your cards right.

Also, if you are unhappy, either end the marriage or get counselling.
