From my personal experience, I can say that the AVM message is inconsistent and wrong sometimes.
Here is my story;
I did my FP on 12.12.01. AVM changed to "..December 19th..Pending review". Message is the same till today. I called up the IIO twice in Feb and he confirmed that all my background checks were received on 01.10.02 and my file is adjudication ready (It is still not assigned). Please note that my AVM still says "..Pending Review" and NOT " .. Processing Resumed". IIO mentioned that both the "Pending Review" and "Processing Resumed" mean the same thing. I do not believe this, but I think the IIO was inexperienced.
Now my wife did her FP on 01.23.02 (she got her FP notice on 01.22.02).
Her AVM directly changed to "..Processing Resumed" on 01.25.02.
So I think the AVM are not reliable at all.
